1. It may clear your sinuses but it makes you sneeze a lot.

2. It’s very easy to take more than the recommended dose.

3. It shrinks your mucus membranes to allow air to pass through; however, the more “room” that is created in your sinuses, the more they will fill up with junk, which causes you to need more and more decongestant spray. Then you end up with this.

4. It is addictive.
